Its interesting witnessing new collectors question stan lee's autographs. As someone who started over 30 years ago. Stan was someone who was easily accessible in the past. Im guessing there are a lot of generic COAs with his signature. Most will be worthless. It doesn't mean anything about the signature.. on the other side, focusing on just the signature, there are areas of concern. I have a stan autograph I received 20 years ago and looks a bit different but im no expert on his signature. Hopefully someone more knowledgeable will chime in but I would question this signature only and forget about the COA.. as for the signature itself, its been too long time away but the body of the signature is questionable to me
The COA accompanying it does this no favors.

We've heard it all before...it's just missing the imposing fake law enforcement badge.

That's not real IMO. And autographs with COAs from forensic examiners or any COA that mentions "forensic" are almost always forgeries. I was going to say they're fake 99.9% of the time but that would be generous.
Get a refund, ASAP.
