Post your examples, please. I didn't realize there were others known genuine that look similar.

Isn't that just asking for trouble? Quick Opinion isn't really known for signing off on "atypical and hard to authenticate" signatures. It's a waste of $10 which won't tell him anything. Now watch QO prove me wrong and say it's likely genuine.

I wouldn't want it in my collection at a premium price because I like signatures people can look at and read the signature of. That said, I think it's genuine. It fits the bill for a rushed, shaky, slightly later-in-life in signature. I have seen semi-similar signed during the same time period being a spontaneous in-person signature.

If there are similar known genuine examples, then I agree, no QO needed...altho for $10 he'd know if they've seen and approved them. I haven't seen this style before and I didn't realize others had when I suggested that.

I don't find this autogrpah atypical: it has a normal "A" in "Audrey" and the ending "pb" is typical for the time period. And the mess in the middle is OK in my opinion.

In reply to Steve's earlier post, here is one of the two examples. I don't have the other one readily to hand but I'll try to post it later today. When I said that the Wogan example was atypical I meant it was not like the 50s/60s/70s signature.

Your second one is very close to Mark's one- especially "Audrey" part. I don't think he should go for PSA quick opinion- but that's only my opinion. I just think that as he obtained it in 1990- that shouldn't have been very expensive back then. $50 at best? So why would somebody make such a good forgery 24 years ago? I don't think so...  yes i see the examples are quite similar to mine,  here are two pictures that came with it taken at the time, still not proof of course but she looks as though she is actually signing for people there,

that is a really nice photo(s)  Mark.  Nothing is sure especially in the world of autographs but I really do think it is a genuine autograph which matches, if you follow Hepburn,  a rushed sig, towards the end of her life.  Its not perfect, sure, but what is?  You would also have worries if it was too perfect.  I can't remember which autobiography of hers I was reading; - but it said that she didn't really like signing towards the end of her life.  I don't know how true that was either but there you go.
