The latter half of that Jimi signature looks wrong. I don't think that I have ever seen the "dr" including the extended "n" look like such a mess. It looks like the "n" got a unique extra loop downward when connecting to the "d" which may be the oddest that I have seen, with a perfect half circle, with a 90 degree turn through the "d" and connecting to the top of the "r" for another first. It should be noted that the "r" is attached at both the top and bottom, which is unique as to virtually any writing. So, what is up with all that?

The formation of the last name portion looks correct to me. The start of the ‘D’ sometimes extends beyond the upper loop. The ‘R’ isn’t attached at the top and bottom. The top of the ‘R’ touches the extended start of the ‘D’. I don’t see an extra loop on the ‘N’.
