Babe Ruth cut did PSA authenticate this?

Did PSA make a mistake? Did someone create stickers?. I have never seem a signature like this from Ruth. Your input would be greatly appreciated. Check out the cert number on the PSA website and it does say Ruth cut signature. Your thoughts....and thank you!

I just noticed this. Although unquestionably a ridiculous forgery, just look at that barbed tail on the "B"!! I saw something very similar when I was visiting the in-laws and stopped into a South Central Hell memorabilia shop to browse! Satan himself was the proprietor and this looks like his typical Ruth forgeries! 

On a serious note. I remember this "barbed" Ruth style well. We've seen it before on another item. Or it could have been the same one, I have to look.
