Aside from the Hendrix autograph that I previously posted, there were two other rather dubious signed Hendrix items in the auction. One was a plain signed cut, and the other a signed picture.
Everything about the cut, the slant, the lettering, the formation, etc., looked "bad." Unless he was writing on something at an odd angle, it just doesn't match his usual writing style. In any case, I steered clear of it.
The photo was even worse, but it was hard to tell unless you were able to really enlarge it clearly on a computer monitor. The cut sold, but the photo did not even draw a bid.

The second one was previously sold through Christie's.
What are your thoughts on these, Ballroom?
I think that if the ones you posted are good, the signed photo is good. They're not Hendrix styles I'm used to seeing, but now that I see your examples, I think you're right.
Both of those "Hendrix" signatures would concern me, because Jimi's writing was, in general, pretty fluid and smooth. Both of those examples seem sloppier, but then again, maybe they were obtained on a day when he was a little "under the weather." To me, the lack of the tight "n" in Hendrix, along with the misshapen "e," in particular, make me a bit skeptical. On the second exemplar, Noel's signature does not look like his normal looping style through his last name.
I will admit that I have not really sat down to study these in depth, and I greatly value your opinion on anything, but these, along with the photograph, still concern me.
The signature on this photo looks spot on.
Do you mean the photo, and if so, do you know what it brought?
Yes, the photo. I don't know what it sold for.
