I came across something similar a year or two back. Not the same configuration, but both signed on the title page, with Michelle's full name and the standard Barack initials underneath. It would have been an absolute steal at the price ($30), but the fact that it was so cheap, didn't have any COA and the seller didn't give additional info about it led me to hold.

FWIW, the Michelle signature looks way too rushed and atypical. Did the person selling this give you any extra info?

Barack is real IMO, Michelle just looks off but could be rushed
