Hi Brian,

I was just about to post that Reverse image - pulled out in negative and flipped from the Ringo/Macca page! You can just see it in the scan as you posted it.

Hi Steve,

I was trying to show the ink - this is the image untouched re color:

The ink I'm concerned about is the McCartney/Ringo piece.

Steve C. stated: "Something that concerns me right off is that there is no ageing, at all, on the paper or the autographs or the paper."

That's what struck me about it as well; that, and the depth of the track (of that Lennon; the angle of the picture taken optimally raked to show it). Paper like this should have a natural "rebound", a "spring to it". Unless it was signed with a vengeance, the level of pressure applied to the paper almost severe enough to tear through it, it's unusual that paper under the ink would still have such a deeply defined groove after this many years.

Thanks, Eric! Here are some more large images. Click for larger.

Hi,

I'm not an expert at all but I own a set signed by Mal Evans (Beatles roadie / assistant) and these appear to be very similar in style, Mal Evans and Neil Aspinall would very often sign for The Beatles backstage. The George doesn't look right either. I would ask Tracks or similar.

George has got a major hitch in it, a complete re-adjusting trajectory change in the second "g".

The Lennon looks to me to have pauses along the way.

Yes and yes.

Thanks for all the feedback so is the consensus of the group that neither of these are authentic?

There's no group answer. I'm pointing out concerns that I have, but you haven't posted large, crisp images of the McCartney.

HI Steve just posted the closest I could get with the HD on my phone.

Thanks
