Hello people, has anyone ever dealt with a guy who use one or all of these address?

Tihomir Petkov - or Vladimir Petkov, on skype he uses vladimirpetkov11

dairy5885@abv.bg
breitling80900@abv.bg
thunderhack@abv.bg
vladimirpetkov111213@abv.bg

We had a deal on two autographs, but he sent me something VEEEEEEEEEEERy different from the deal. I don't even know if what he sent me is legit, since I don't know Blaze Bailey's signature.

Please let me know something, before I go to the Police and to italian Guardia di Finanza.

I know he's a friend of another Bulgarian guy in here.

I only know one guy from Bulgaria here...and dealing with him is just a HUGE waste of time. All talk and excuses...but no payment at all.

Sorry Nicole...I feel for you.

I know who you're talking of, it's the same guy in Queen FB group. I won't write his name before getting in contact with him.

I'll wait one more day. Tomorrow I'll go to the Police and Guardia di Finanza and they'll do their job.
And this page should have a feedback section, where you can look for opinions about sellers and buyers...I'll ask some moderator to create one

The Blaze Bayley autograph looks authentic, as does the Gus G.

The combined value of these two autographs is probably less than what it cost to mail them. Which autographs was the deal on?

The deal was on AC/DC litography I started talking here

http://live.autographmagazine.com/forum/topics/ac-dc-poster-signed-...

Price was, IMHO, fair, since it was a used litography. If the seller doesn't reply - and I bet my personal jewels HE WILL NOT - I will go to the Police and to Guardia di Finanza (Financial Guard) and report this fraud.

I still have the mails, the Skype conversations, and the photos he sent. I got in touch with this after a deal with Martin Georgiev [http://live.autographmagazine.com/profile/MartinGeorgiev] who ENSURED me he was a reliable guy.

I tried to write to Martin, both on mail and Skype, and I had no reply. Since I'm a patient and sensible person, I'm trying to wait for a couple of days...After, I will have to go to the Police and report these as a FRAUD. Know what: before dealing, during the dealing, this guy always sent me mails asking to meet on Skype. Now he doesn't even answer. The only answer I got when I showed the pics was: "How did you get those photos?". BITCH, PLEASE. I'm saying I will report you to the Police and the only thing you can do is ask me where I get the goddamn pictures? ARE YOU KIDDING?

I tried to contact also Martin Georgiev, who is always on line on Skype: wrote some messages there, a couple of mails...he doesn't reply.

That's all BY NOW.

I doubt the police have the resources to investigate cases like this, especially across jurisdictions, unfortunately.

Your best option is to contact your credit card company for a chargeback. If you paid by bank transfer, you're probably out of luck.

Well, Police may do something. This is not the first time I've been scammed. Some years ago they solved a fraud from an Italian seller over eBay...value was 30 euro / 35 $, I've been fully refunded.

Nicole. I see you put a link to our AC DC discussion. You purchased that from this person also?

Yes. That was the deal. AC/DC litography I asked for opinions.

I bought - I TRIED TO BUY,  sorry - litography #270/500

Hi Nicole, sorry to hear about this, even worse that it's involving people on this site.

Definitely go to the Police and at least get a report filed that you can file this with your bank / credit card company and get a refund.

Have you also reported the members to Steve and Wascher so they can be suspended / dealt with?

I will in a couple of minutes. I'm just calling the Police and the Financial Guard

I'm paying attention to this, but I'm not exactly sure what is happening here.

And why would George be responsible if he is not the seller?   I realize someone can say that a person is a reliable seller, but that doesn't make George responsible if the person then sent something else?  Or even if the seller sold something that wasn't legit.

George has been on the site for quite awhile now and I've never seen him a) act up, or b) get a poor report from anyone previously.

I will be sure to keep this in mind in the future since we now have a poor report on him from you but he isn't the seller either, or am I not "getting" whats happening here?

-wascher

Not sure what is going on. Was it you wanted or paid for the AC/DC autographs and got the other two instead?
