I think Laguna Beach Auction House is owned by the same people that own High End Memorabilia, LuxeWest, which also owns Front Row Memorabilia. High End Memorabilia has been booted from Invaluable, iCollector, ProxiBid  and it looks like LiveAuctioneers. Their past sales may be online on some sites but they're not holding current sales.

The only place I see HEM still operating is HiBid.com.

still running auctions on live auctioneers  one goes live tommorrow

I meant High End Memorabilia, sorry. Laguna Beach Auction is still up and running as you said.

"Authenticity All Items come with a Certificate of Authenticity from a third party forensic authenticator. This Certification of Authenticity does not imply that the item will be certified by any other rival authentication companies. The accompanied certification is the only certification the auction company can confirm. These items are being sold as collectable pieces and there is no guarantee that this item can be resold on any online marketplace. Each of these companies has their own policies and politics."

Sorry to post this on an old thread,

I had a purchase from Laguna Beach (Vintage Rolex worth $8,500), earlier this year, via LiveAuctioneers.com which they never shipped, despite numerous promises. They then proposed a refund, which they never sent (despite sending proof of a "wire instruction"). I got LA involved, who were mostly useless and only responded properly when I logged the matter via the BBB, they eventually, after nearly 2 months suspended Laguna Beach on their platform.

Their response in finality was that they, as a 3rd party software providers have done all they can do.

So I'm about $8,500 down, surely others were affected by this too ? I mean they supposedly sold a lot of items, I couldn't have been the only one who didn't receive anything.

Would appreciate any advice from the community, in advance, thank you.

Liveactioners  is just a search engine like Orbitz. Ur only recourse is with the auction house.  But how did u pay unless u did a bank wite u should despite with the credit card company
