Same here. I bought a copy for myself and for my brother and opened one just to see if the card was in there, so at best, I'll be able to return one copy. Keeping my fingers crossed that they do keep their word and send out the inserts. I would have just bought from newbury if I thought there was any doubt. Live and learn, I guess.

I bought 3 from the artist's web store. One was literally 15 min after they went on sale.  None arrived signed.

I emailed them asking about an ETA.  Will let you know when I get a response.

Same here. I have emailed twice and gotten generic responses both times that didn't address any of my specific questions. I am holding out hope but it's frustrating.

The new music has received an incredible response and we can't wait for your copy to arrive.

We're reaching out to you today to notify you that due to manufacturing delays, some of the signed vinyl sleeves and CD inserts have been delayed. This will affect how your order ships.

Regular unsigned vinyl and CD orders have shipped as scheduled and you should have received tracking for your copy of the album. At a later date we will ship you an additional signed vinyl sleeve or signed CD insert (depending on the format you ordered) and you will receive an additional tracking number at that time.

I got this response today.  A little more personal and less automated.  Maybe there is hope.

We apologize for the delay with your order Steve. We're currently waiting to receive the covers from the manufacturer. As soon as they arrive, we will get your order shipped out. At that time, you will receive an email with the tracking information.

received my signed CD booklet yesterday separate from my original order.  Was not shipped with any care, but fortunately did come only slightly bent.  It was packaged in a bubble envelope, no card board or anything to prevent bending.  Still waiting on the LP.

Nope still not a thing. Probably hoping we all forget about it. Maybe at some point we all put in paypal claims on the same day. That may get their attention.
