It sold on eBay for $102.50 and comes with an LOA from Gary Sohmers of Wex Rex dated June 26, 1990. The item (a magazine photo) isn't pictured on the LOA.

I haven't seen any that look quite like that, although I haven't spent a great deal of time studying his signature. It's hard to imagine that an authentic example would sell anywhere near that price. The seller sold another Dylan on eBay for $30 that includes an LOA from Marc Zakarin from It's Only Rock and Roll, and it's signed "Marc Zarkarin".
