It is a no from me.  The letter formation is all wrong, IMO.

To the OP: you say all is in the title, but in most circumstances people can provide more than just a close-cropped photo of the signature, with no context whatsoever.  A little extra information can help us to help you.

Is this an item that you own, are considering purchasing, or just curious about?

What is this signed on?  I know my Dylan history very well, but I can’t place this partial image on first inspection.  Knowing what something is signed on can help determine the era in which it was supposedly signed.

Also, is that crayon it’s signed with?  The broken lines of the D and the L would indicate something of that nature.
