Bob Dylan. Opinions please

Hi,

This Dylan forms part of a larger for sale collection were I’d say 80% are genuine. Does this Dylan fall in to the other 20%. Cheers

I don’t like it. The surname, in particular, looks off, to me.

This is a pre-print signature on a photo that Bob sent out in the late’70s, early 80’s.
