It's a good thing they have added the signed LOA's, now it's easier to file for fraud. I hope all 99 customers who bought in the UK do this, they don't like fraud in Europe and aren't afraid to stand up to companies.

I just got off the phone with Schuster here is there 8oo number 1-800-223-2336 There phones are blowing up over this and the guy ,I spoke with knew exactly what I was talking about . He said he could not find my order number . File a claim with Pay pal right away as not received and refuse to sign for the book . Pay pal rep I spoke to said do not sign for the book good luck everyone F_ck Bob The Fraud Dylan

Third email with Leyland at Premiere as he swats away culpability. Will file claim against them, too, if he won’t shape up.
