I messaged them both - Everybody else needs to aswell ! Keep it up everybody - don't let the bastards win = $600 dollar item /  fraudulant S&S and one of the biggest names in music history..... this could be the defining moment to stand up against autopens once and for all ! 

Good Move . I also filed dispute with pay pal and was told DO NOT SIGN FOR THE BOOK if you have received it yet . Also no reply from Schuster in a email ,And I am not expecting one . File the dispute 

does the filed claim ask for a tracking number?  I ask because after I refused delivery it went back on the Fedex truck and now shows a delayed delivery now for Monday!  Does the package need to be back in S&S hands before a PP claim is filed?

No, you can file the dispute now. It does not ask for tracking. FedEx will make two more attempts to deliver, then return it to S&S (Snow). It will be in their system as returned. I wasn’t home when they tried yesterday and I got the same note saying they’ll try Monday. I also went right to my credit card and filed a dispute there as well. Good luck!

thanks for the quick response.  So I use the 'report a problem tab' on the item and then choose item not as described?  (sorry for all the questions)

I believe that is what I did. It was all fairly general, but at least the process was started.

cool thanks.  I just did.  The only thing that bothers me is they ask if you have contacted the seller to discuss the problem and I did not.  Seems like they want that as the first step in the process.  But I did provide links from here and Facebook so they can read all about it lol.

I considered even my sending them an unanswered email as contacting the seller. My belief is you as a wronged buyer have all the power with this sort of PP dispute.

It's all business to them. If they sell a thousand and a hundred get returned, they still make a lot of money. They don't care about you. They don't care that it's fraud. It will never stop until there are consequences beyond the handful of us asking for a refund.
