Another vintage comedy double act.

Again I am 99% confident (having paid for it, lol) but would appreciate second opinions.

I have no idea about the interloper - any ideas?

I'm thinking it might be Donald Peers in between.

These are real....no question about it  Quite scarce together....Congrats!

p.s. Not sure who that is in the middle.

Here's a set that I have:

(from a British collector's autograph album/1950s era)

Thanks Eddy,

I was surprised myself at how few examples I could find online of them both together - seems strange. I wonder if that was something to do with their relationship off-screen or just one of those things.

I'm pretty sure that the sig in between is Donald Peers - a Welsh singer in the Variety/Light Entertainment fields 40's & 50's.There's a pic on his Wiki page - looks pretty similar.

There are very few that have seemed to surface over the years.  I'm thinking it's probably due to the fact that they really weren't a comedy team in the most strict sense (like Laurel and Hardy or Abbott and Costello).  They really only teamed for the occasional 'Road' movie, golf/other charity event or rare guest spot on each other's separate radio programs .  They were otherwise individual acts really.

What I have read is that there was really no acrimony between them, they just had more of a professional relationship and not so much social.
