Forgery in my opinion. I can't even identify a signature that looks like Springsteen's. They're all forged by the same person BTW. You can tell from the forger's characteristics.

These actually look ok to me, Roy Bittan,  inscribed ‘To Tony’, Danny Federici, Max Weinberg (adding a drum sketch), Nils Lofgren, and Patti Scialfa.

Springsteen did not sign this.  It has some members of the E Street Band as pointed out by Richard Booth. Those signatures match several in my exemplar file of authentic E Street Band autographs.
