I'm iffy on the Wilson card but I'd say the other one (3 sigs) is genuine.

Id stay away from the card personally. Im not 100 percent sold on it either.

The seller from berlin has a lot of signed cuts, someone should have a glance at them, from Paul McCartney, peter tosh, allman bros..
