Any opinions on this signature? Looks good to me but I'm no expert. Any help is appreciated.

There appears to be a break in the flow of the “l” in “Schulz”.

I believe I have seen that in authentic examples. I don't know what to call it.

BxBoy and I were chatting a bit further about this signature earlier. I also had a chance to see some of the other offerings from the seller. Other signers in their listings that I'm familiar with just led me to trust my initial sense of skepticism. I can't shake the thought that it looks like a possible imitation of the RRauction one I posted above.

I am not familiar with any of them - this just looked wrong immediately from what I recalled seeing and so I started looking. It was interesting. My teacher when I was a kid used to know Schulz and had many books and other things signed. He also knew Theodore Geisel and Harper Lee among many others. He had many signed candid 8x10's that he took. He was able to purchase many early Sunday editions - original panels. He gifted me a signed Dr Suess, but I was not a fan and sold it. I don't miss it. RR has been used many times in this way as I recall - I can't say in this case of course but married with an inscription from another source it is certainly a candidate.

I’m not convinced it’s not authentic personally. With that being said, I am absent of the knowledge regarding the asking price and seeing their other pieces. There are things within the example that I like, things that perhaps are atypical but if it’s being offered for a fraction of its value that’s always a monster red flag.

I suspect if it does get bids, which it did not before, it will not go for much of anything like it should. A few hundred perhaps, maybe three or four.
