It's Rutland Autographs. They have 100% feedback on eBay after 3019 reviews but when it comes to autographs I know that doesn't mean a whole lot.

He looks to be selling some legit Peter Cushing from what I can see.

I know and have done business with this seller. He is fairly good and, yes, the Cushing is genuine as is most of his signatures. There are some though that I would question. Always a best bet to get opinions if you are not sure.

Cheers Joe. I've asked if he knows how it was obtained and also if he would offer a money back guarantee ahould I take it to Beckett or PSA and it fails. I guess that's all I can really do?

I think he is a good seller so, if there is a problem, he surely would accept it back. I've never had to return anything to him.
