DB,

I have seen fake crap with their COA's  ( not just on their site -- hobby shops,  Ebay, even Hunt once etc.) only because someone will heat treat ( like you can with wallpaper for example but it would have to be much more sensitive) , the sticker and then remove it carefully. I sent a letter into James Spence himself saying this can be done and he said impossible -- how they get it to stick back on with another type of adhesive , I don't know how they would do that but it can be done obviously. These type of scammers keep the real thing and sell a forgery.

well if it's impossible then ask him how Morales seemed to do that according to cesspool of information A/Alert,
Spence is a very astute authenticator and I have respect for Jim even if he is an arrogant a** sometimes.
they all are... but see if he can answer the question since it's impossible.

Below is another offering this month (4/2011) by Scott Malack and Lee Trythall of Coach's Corner.  A Babe Ruth signed baseball "authenticated" with the inscription "1947" certed by Morales.   It's not even close to a circa 1947 Babe Ruth signature.

I guess Mr. Morales's microscope wasn't working on the day he "forensically examined" the below Mickey Mantle signature.  The shakiness in that signature can be seen from 20 feet away.

Hell I am not an expert on Mantle and I can see that shakiness --- LOL ( and from 50 feet away) --- LOl !!!!
Ted stay away from authenticating --- please !!!!
Who takes the photos for the website?  Looks like these images are from a cheap camera phone.  Most are blurry.
They finally put an authentic Favre up there to "balance out" all the fake ones
