Coach's Corner (www.myccsa.com) is one of the largest monthly auctions of sports autographs, trading cards and memorabilia. They sell non-sports items as well.

  • What's your experience with them?
  • What do you think of their material?
  • If you've sold through Coach's Corner, how happy were you
  • Do you have autographs from Coach's Corner you'd like opinions on?

Let's talk about it!

wanna know why? Anytime the many legit critiques appear here on AM the Darth Vaders and the Dark Side followers of the force scoop it up then pass it around like wildfire. It will then appear somewhere, somehow or simply taken out of context....

It's why this place is so valuable to the collectors. Of course, we are talking about one which means you can never ever say "never" ;-)

Authenticity aside, it's just a very unprofessional website, too.  Isn't it?

For the most part I don't hold the look of a site against people in autographs. Look at all the super-professional looking sites that sell nothing but forgeries.
AIn't that the truth but ya gotta love all those signed consigned ones without any legitmate authentications or pictures.... now that is a piece of work.
And the blurry photographs; and the autograph items with no photographs (and those dopey people still bid on them).  And I love it when Lee writes "Ok'd by Lee for life."

I think it's time for TomTresh2 to go on the

http://judgealex.com/beontheshow/   now how is that for an idea?

Well, the photos they have with celebrities are just . . . odd.

And, as mentioned, the photos looks horrible.

Chris, what do you think of this Mantle --- ????

well if you don't like their sports items you can always acquire THIS ORIGINAL PICASSO that comes with 3 LOA's including a $225,00 appraisal, a letter from Fair Sales, and a Spanish Art Gallery letter of provenance. Great chance, and a solid investment and is 12x16 on unstretched canvas.

Ok, so I'm gonna use Coach's Commode to sell an ORIGINAL PICASSO.  Now is that appraisal suppose to be a $225.00 or $225,000?  I have to stop laughing before I hurt myself...

And with bidding at $300.00, art collectors from all over the world are bidding on it.

My disdain for Scott Malack and Lee Trythall is on par with my disdain for Ted Taylor.

ya know, if we bought it we could then sign Mickey Mantle across the coconuts and then re-consign it back  to them as a UNIQUE Signed Mickey Mantle artifact on an ORIGINAL PICASSO.

heck we could even include a Burczyk if Morales is unavailable.

BBB Rating Of Coach's Corner F  on a scale from A+ to F.

I suppose that checking with the washington metro & eastern PA BBB can sometimes provide a windage and elevation check on a business.  The BBB however can often times be analogous to EBAY when getting results and truth be told are more lenient towards the businesses that pay their membership fees.  Nonetheless, when a bundle of complaints start piling up it's time to take notice (something I should have done along time ago!).  One thing to understand is how complaints can be closed and many times a complaint may appear to be resolved but is far from it as a number of them can be "administratively closed" by the BBB.  That is far from resolved...

oh, make it 10 & 3 serious complaints.

Factor(s) that lowered this business' rating include:

  • 9 complaints filed against business
  • Failure to respond to 1 complaint filed against business
  • 1 complaint filed against business that was not resolved
  • 2 serious complaints filed against business
  • BBB does not have sufficient background information on this business. BBB made one or more requests for background information from the business. BBB has not received a response from this business and/or has not been able to verify information received from this business.
