Just a couple thoughts here:
I get both sides of this. It is an internet forum where conversation is encouraged. If a thread moves in a direction that just isn't of interest to you, you do have the option of simply unfollowing it. That being said, I would also agree that a good amount of the posts on some threads aren't entirely necessary. Not that is a requisite for every post on the forum, but it might not hurt to be considerate of whether your posts are repetitive or unhelpful. Again, just mindfulness.

If you unfollow, you're missing a potential update hence a potential new source. The point is indeed mindfulness. Shaddybootlegger+Markcollector = roughly 630 posts out of which only 30 are new threads. This is a forum to find/share musicians' autographs. It is not a "discussion" forum... Go to Facebook or Tinder if you want to "discuss"

This is a discussion forum, it literally reads "This Discussion". Your expectations are clearly different and it's ok to ask people to be mindful, but other members have other needs and the site facilitates that.
Anticipation is part of the fun for some like myself. If I just want to see updates then there are other places on the internet that are better for that. Reddit for example. But none as complete as here. I believe that's exactly because this is more like a community than just a link-sharing machine.

its not fair that some members are scared to comment because they afraid of getting moan at by the same couple members that moan and basically have a pop at them

when I joined this page there was none of this rubbish talking down to members etc I think they need to have a reality check and grow up move on leave the members alone that actually want to have a conversation with other members me personally I’ll chat with anyone on this page and enjoy the conversation most of the time but every time I see his name on my email I know he throwing the rattle out of the pram yet again if he don’t like it fair enough move on if this was a Facebook page they would get rid of idiots like him cause he just doesn’t know when to keep his mouth shut

Recently, I have noticed it's just people constantly complaining and posting rude comments. I have just stopped commenting and posting items for now until everything has settled a little.
