Another observation. I think he usually does the vertical stroke first. On this example it looks like it's on top. I could be wrong. It's worth someone else having a look.

This one had just come up on eBay with a reasonable buy it now of £254. I'm still not satisfied that the OP is authentic. I wouldn't buy it iit at any price.

Me neither.  The shape of the B, and the angle of the signature, is wrong, IMO.  I’d take the rushed signature in the OP over this one all day long.

Looking over the French seller’s other listings, there are others I feel are unsafe, and therefore a red flag for the seller in general.

That’s almost certainly what has happened.

The “With best wishes” part is very well done, but it’s let down by the actual signature.  Compare the shape of the B in this 1999 exemplar with the one on the Rare LP.  They are completely different.  The Rare LP is 100% fake.
