"Dear Mr. Vernon, we accept the fact that we had to sacrifice a whole Saturday in detention for whatever it was we did wrong. ..." The Breakfast Club

I really hope this multi-signed record soundtrack of The Breakfast Club is for real. Signed by Anthony Michael Hall, Emilio Estavez, Judd Nelson (and i think) the late Paul Gleeson.

As always, appreciate the opinions and time of the AL collective.

Cheers!

Not only is it real.....it's damn nice, great placement and in good condition.

Plus Official Pix has a send in until Oct 31, 2017 or until "Sell Out" for a Molly Ringwald signing.

Nice one, Pete! That's great news - and cheers for the heads-up on the Molly signing - i must check that out!

Many thanks for stopping by and sharing your expertise!

Be well!

My favorite line from that movie is:

"Does Barry Manilow know that you raid his wardrobe."

Nice one, Christopher! I think mine's got to be when Vernon asks Carl the janitor what he wanted to be when he was a kid, and Carl says; "John Lennon."

So many memorable scenes from that film. John Hughes was an absolute legend.

Cheers!

Great item Judge.  Like the others, I love this.  For my age group, that film is absolutely iconic. From time to time, I go on youtube just to watch Simple Minds live performances of the theme song.  My favorite line; "What if your dope was on fire....impossible sir, its in Johnson's underwear."  Well, maybe not my absolute favorite line, but pretty damn funny.

Many thanks, Christopher. There's so many quality John Hughes lines to quote. What a writer he was! His films have certainly stood the test of time. Me and my friends are in our 40s - and we still quote from his films whenever an oppertunity arrises.

Thanks for stopping by, Christopher. Be well!
