Same hand, JSA did not like the one on the left but did the one on the right. ACOA did not like either. As I have seen this style since the early 2000's they have been around a while - whatever they are - secs or forgeries.

I remembered the first time I saw this style - C 1993 NYC Chelsea Building (now condos or something - 12 floors of antiquities!). Next to last floor autograph dealer.
