I can only see the signed ticket and not the COA.

Dylan is always hard to authentic. But I would say no to this.

How anyone can authenticate this chicken scratch is beyond me. Never heard of the company issuing the COA which is a bad sign. I'd pass.

This Company gets Michael Jackson wrong all the time.
