I purchased this about 4 years ago from a UACC / IACC registered dealer but can't find the original COA or receipt. Any members opinions would be VERY appreciated!   Thanks in advance.

Julien's authenticates in-house. Darren's sharp and used to look at everything, but since they've gotten so big that may not be the case anymore.

I'll send him a note with your comments so he can check it out.

Darren Julien wrote me right back:

Thanks for sending this information to me about the Eagles signatures.  I will pull it from the auction and tell everyone thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Now that's the way to do it. A.B., Bruce, Darren...Good Job!

The power of Autograph Magazine strikes again!

It's the power that comes when a community helps collectors communicate with a business that cares. This is all I wrote Darren about it:

"A couple of our members mentioned an Eagles album in your upcoming sale they have concerns about so I wanted to drop you a link to check it out:"

Nice to see that Juliens handles it this way. Thanks for your work, Steve.

But honestly...these terrible forgeries should have never slipped through. It´s almost unexcusable.

wow these are some bad forgerys.

Great job Steve. I've been following this website for over a year now. These are the type of things that I love about it. When I first started collecting I didn't know anything about what was authentic or not. Back when everyone was using their phone lines to connect to the Internet I had purchased stuff and got burnt . This website helps keep me informed on what's going on. I only chime in once in a blue moon but always reading especially the rock and roll discussions. Thanks for having this website.
