Too long ago -- don't remember.  Looks good to me.

I think it was on ebay .  If it was the one I think it was the seller ended the listing early which was unfortunate cos I remember that it looked good at the time

Thanks all.  I just purchased this program from a seller/collector I have come to know and trust completely.  Great guy from whom I've now purchased several items.  Delivery expected in the next couple of days.  I was interested in the origin, so seems it was on eBay at one time.  Great thanks for your posts.  Happy Holidays to everyone.
