Would appreciate opinions on this.

It's a photo, signatures along the top,

It's all a bit neat and tidy i.m.o. but there is a plausible back story, some supporting info (envelopes etc) & single owner.

I don't know what to think, really so any advice appreciated.

Those are preprinted signatures and not live ink.

Ok, thanks, thought they looked unworldly (have only seen an image of the photo).

It’s a nice item though. Neil Aspinall Beatles signatures are actually collectible.

Printed on the photo. These have been out there since 1964...Beatles family members used to send these out to fans who requested The Beatles autographs...

That explanation fits perfectly with the back story which was that is was obtained from Lennon's aunt.

As a rule of thumb, then, any such material so obtained (originally) is likely pre-printed?
