The below set of Mickey Mantle and Ted Williams "Florida" forgeries was listed and sold by Ebay seller 2000lowe for a whopping $74.00.

When does a set of Mickey Mantle and Ted Williams autographs sell for $74.00?

When they are obvious and laughable forgeries.

I've seen more forgeries of Mantle and Ted Williams on this particular image (printed well after both Mantle and Williams passed away) than on any other reproduced photograph.

The low selling prices of these forgeries over the past five years or so, reflects the fact that they are mass-produced forgeries that are bought and sold by two types of buyers and sellers; people who know ZERO about autographs and scammers who are well aware they are selling forgeries.

And Ebay, of course, doesn't care; they've probably profited millions from the sales of forgeries over the last twenty years.

Forgeries are an easy sell on Ebay since Ebay is so heavily-populated with wannabe autograph collectors, suckers and impulse buyers.
