As we all know, one of the biggest scams during the past ten years, is sellers of forgeries using an old or edited Scoreboard COA, to list and seller their forgeries, and this scam is relatively successful because, one, Ebay is heavily-populated with delusional autograph collectors, and two, people buy the COA and not the autograph.

That's because 80% of the people that buy autographs, purchase forgeries, and that's why selling forgeries is actually easier than selling authentic autographs. 

Ebay is a haven for sellers of forgeries.
