eBay seller has this John Wayne for $1169.99 - This is a secretarial, right?

It's the seller Pengang whose offerings come up for discussion here from time to time. 

I'm pretty sure that "o" in "John" (among other issues) gives it away as a secretary's work.

Not the best hi-res digital image....but here's a real one...also from 1970.

I think I just answered my own question about the OP being secretarial.

Too bad we don't know the buyer - seller refunded me fully and immediately after a year or so once I threw some facts at him - and he did not want the item back. He knows...

That's the very same secretarial one that he is now selling for $1169.99.  He bought it for $75!  Wow.

Here's yet another secretarial of this Wayne image from HONDO that is also currently for sale by Pengang.

The photo condition is in better shape than the Pengang OP, so the price is even higher at $1,559.99.

It seems he's buying these secretarials on the cheap....adding $1K - $1.5K to the price....and then reselling with a claim that they are authentic from Wayne's hand.

There's obviously a game being played here. 

This is a common Wayne image. He buys the secretarials up and then attempts to sell them for the prices that major auction houses get for real ones signed on this image.
