That sucks they lost my order last time too I’m not too bothered as long as I get 1 for my personal collection I’m happy

Now you can also get it in the "EU" site. but it cost 4 euro and the shipping from UK and shipping cost is the same from the uk.
Not sure it's worth 14 euro for 2 autographs, as I did not like the shivers one I got (and I got 3!)

It's the same store just a bad currency conversion. You can order in GBP and let your creditcard handle the conversion. That's usually around 2%.

They say they cover EU VAT but last time I was billed anyway, a few cents VAT with €4 handling on top. They didn't handle VAT the correct way for customs.

I think they charge the normal package rate from UK. Shipping is expensive. For example, I could send 3 of these from EU as letter (up to 350 gram, no tracking) for $11, but were I to send them as package (with tracking) the price jumps to $27.
