I don’t see any photos of the full signature band as far as I remember he was signing that dumb E signature then so I’d be very careful

That's because it is sealed inside the pop-up store bag, which to me is an extra proof of authenticity.

I remember the signed vinyl bundle, it was back in 2023 and the vinyl were all signed with a full signature on the cover, so as far as I know this checks out 100%.

I have one of these (I think I was the one to post it when they went up for sale). It’s exactly as the auction suggests, they put the vinyl in the bag at the store. It’s also a full signature not an E

He signed 100 of his album the lockdown sessions. I think it was £150 but you had to collect in person

Yes, I actually have one of them. I can confirm it's a full signature, extremely nice.

(You're correct only 100 and it was in-person pick up only)

These were prior to his latest hospitalization, signed in June 2023.

Wild guess: because in order to do so they would have to break the pop-up store seal, thereby voiding the best guarantee of authenticity you can possibly get?
