I don’t think it’s real.

Lol. Roger Epperson sell fake!? For me is real...

I thought about it and saw a couple things that concerned me so I told you what I thought, since you asked. Roger knows Elvis far better than I do.

But why did you post it if you didn't want to know what people thought? If you were going to make fun of them if they didn't say what you wanted?

+1

Maybe a better way to post this would have been what do you think about this EP graph being offered for sale by Roger Epperson?

Roger is a paid professional and widely regarded as one of, if not “the” best. The source is something anyone giving an opinion would take into consideration, much less a known, professional, EXPERT source!

Kinda comes off as entrapment, dude. Not cool.

I ask what do you think and not if real or not...

Thanks, Dude.

I don't mind being wrong, or likely wrong. If I say something and it turns out I'm in the minority—or completely out to lunch—that's OK.

But for a member to be ridiculed by another member for giving their honest opinion is not how members should behave here.

Dude, I see what you mean, and a lot of people think as you do. But I think it's fine to post autographs experts have given their opinion on without stating their opinion upfront. That's the best way to get unbiased feedback, and it's educational, as long as the poster later states what the person said.

But to ridicule someone is not OK.

I see your point, Steve.

I just dont get why he would post an item being sold by Roger (that OP already thinks is real) for opinions? What is the end game of that?

Maybe Im mis-reading it, but it implies something Im not comfortable with. Especially the response to your honest opinion.

Thats a good way to get people to not give opinions at all, IMHO.

Dude,

You're spot-on. It hurts the autograph community, not just members here, when people act like that.

I'm sorry for this problem...

I think Jim was asking for opinions regarding the quality of the item, and not for authenticity opinions. Is that correct, Jim?

Yes. But I also say  that in this site is not correct to leave an opinion if you not full know a signature of an artist. For me is not good for this hobby... IMO.

What do you think Ballroom of the item?
