Before I purchase this I learned my lesson and will ask you guys the experts for your opinion. Any help is appreciated and thanks in advance. What do you think?

Looks like it was signed yesterday. I do not believe that this item is genuine.

The photo and signatures look well preserved but yes it does look like it could have been signed recently. But what about the autographs themselves?

To me they appear to be consistent with a known forgery style.

IMO these are not consistent with 1965 signatures. Also "Beatles" above Paul is not good.
