IMG_0402.jpgHi, looking for guidance. I bought a Pete Alonso jersey on Ebay that i took to JSA to be double checked. They said it is a fake. It came with a sticker coa that said AAA on it and a number A20925 on it. I can't find who it might be does anyone have any idea? It was sold by Ebayer BRACARD4480. He is no longer responding. It was a gift for my son for christmas

I'll believe it when I see it but thanks. My question is what companies can you really trust to authenticate when theres a COA. Now I dont trust much.
The people here that are true collectors, have taken the time to train their eyes.
They don't buy because of a "company" or "COA;" they buy the autograph.
There are literally hundreds of sellers of forgeries on Ebay who are very aware that Ebay is heavily-populated with delusional autograph collectors and impulse buyers, and they take advantage of that fact.
You should send the seller a link to this thread.
Did you buy it from Ebay seller Bracard4480?
They are out of Caldwell, NJ.
There is a ring of sellers from that area that have sold a ton of forgeries.
Correct thats where it came from. And he wont respond and all items removed. Hopefully ebay will boot him. And you are correct it was an impulse last minute buy at christmas and theres jerseys all different ranges so I took a chance. At least I git a wearable jersey lol And I am not a delusional buyer just tried to get something my son wanted.
The good thing is that you came here for help.
That ring in Caldwell, NJ consists of numerous sellers of forgeries.
You guys are awesome i appreciate all the feedback.

If you bought this through ebay, then you should file refund requests with both ebay and paypal. Their time limits, and rules are slightly different, but one or the other will get you your money back.
