Frank Oz 2000 TTM

I'm wondering if this Frank Oz ttm from 2000 is real? I never heard of the secretarial talk until just a few years ago when ttms coming back started being different hand writing than this one.

Also, any ID on this cut autograph?

The Frank Oz autograph is atypical.
