Frank Sinatra Autograph?

Hello, I am new here and have a trade offer for a Frank Sinatra record, but the record has no COA, an obvious red flag. I am absolutely willing to risk it if there is a possibility it's a legit signature as I would primarily be trading records I don't care about. But if it is a clear forgery there's no point in wasting records I could use in another trade. If the community here could give me an opinion if this is a clear forgery I would appreciate it. If it doesn't appear to be I will make the trade and get it professionally authenticated. Thank you!
