I am wondering whether there is anyone in the community who ever obtained an autograph from FZ directly? If so, would you be willing to post an image?

I am a keen scout for his scrawl but definitely he is one of the worst signers in modern history in that his signature seemed to change so much over the years, months, days, minutes..

I can say with certainty that over 30 years of searching I have come across only one that I had any confidence in. That was a book (my area of expertise, lol) which I obtained from a very trusted source and even then, began to doubt seriously until I was assured by Gail Zappa - Frank's wife - that it was "almost certainly" a legit example. 

Naturally I sold that a long time ago and even though it is imprinted on my brain, nothing which I see nowadays from any era comes close to it.

Riddles wrapped up in enigmas - I would dearly love to see an example obtained personally.
