Geeez,,where is that thread that(dare say) Roger questioned a Frank autogrtaph...
I saw it a year or two back.
Can some one point me to it now,......
He seemed to ....well don't know.
I am getting ready to sue Frank C because he has in essence stolen 30K from me.
Meaning thirty thousand dollars.
He sold it...and I haven't gotten paid.....
Pieces I have consigned with him.
It say's sold.....on his website....yet.....well.....
and it has gone on for years............................................................
This is a serious question..............................

Let me see if I am getting this correct.
1) You consigned to Frank C.
2) He potentially sold this to someone who backed out.
3) He never relisted the consignment
4) He never returned the consignment to you
Is that what you are saying?

Yes....
I consigned....and have bought from him.
It's bad. Pieces consigned in 2007 and 2008.
Long dance and the whatever from him.....
Ultimately .......years have gone on.....
and I haven't been paid.
and I am a high end collector....
not that should matter....
but a repeat customer/client............
...and I have been f^^^^cked over.......
That is the long and short. And you can't sanitize it.........
