I think it's great, but if you aren't comfortable with it, wait a while. You'll find another and unless it's a bargain, I doubt you'll have a problem finding one in a comparable price range.
Never buy an autograph you're not thrilled with.
Mike, on that solo Lucas, are you okay with how the bottom of the G loops back before going forwards? Have you seen him do this before?
Very cool! That's good to know. If it was originally yours, that would be very neat. Do you happen to have any other Lucas scans you've collected that I could use for reference in the future?
It's interesting that on one, the L loops back like the G did on the one I showed. At least it shows he's capable of looping back like that, I suppose. Especially because both characters are similar in form.
I have seen quite a few of these and for some reason they all seem to have the same marker used for both autographs. It’s a photograph of them working on the Indy films and I have never seen one with a 1980s version of George’s autograph which leads me to believe that most of these photos were signed much later. I can’t say how someone would be able to achieve this but I will say that it is possible. I recently had a friend travel with Van Halen and he was able to have the band sign the new CD for me. The Van Halens all signed the CD cover with the same blue Sharpie but Dave being Dave was not hanging around with them so he ended up signing it in black Sharpie. I guess my point is that if Dave wasn’t the way he is they would have all been hanging around together when it was signed with the same marker.
