Harold Lloyd Inscribes Christmas Greetings in 1925!

I don't usually post from my own collection without being asked but thought this was might bring a smile in this holiday season. It's silent comedy legend Harold Lloyd's personal engraved calling card and dates to Christmas 1925.  The postcard is what I have it coupled with:

Nice! I’ve got a nice Lloyd myself framed on my wall. Wish I held out and got one where he doodled his glasses. BTW, fun fact there were never any lenses in his famous glasses as he had 20/20 vision.

I don't usually go in for first name only autographs but had to make an exception when I saw this one. It really spoke to me with it being his personal calling card and his name in printed on it as well as the Christmas theme. Probably pulled it out of his wallet or case right before writing on it.

One of the first silent autographs I had ever purchased was a photo of him from the 1920s.  Found out later it was one of his dad's inscriptions.

Yes, those glasses sketches are really great!!!
