I was threatened in a similar way by another eBay seller. They were going to have the original seller of the item and eBay take care of me, but I never heard from either of them. I was hoping to hear from at least one of them.

I don't take kindly to threats or passive aggressive behaviour. especially from people who are set on conning people out of their hard earned money. I will not back down or be intimidated by either him or his wonderland pals.....

I would ask that fellow members here notify Ebay as a matter of urgency. An unsuspecting buyer paid £450 for this recently...

Would this seller be Mr Isaac Elijah? I got an email from someone claiming to represent him, Mr. Maurice Hatter Med GCCI PGCE, who said you are unfairly calling Mr. Elijah's autographs that you posted forgeries asked me to take down your post. 

I don't know what a "Med GCCI PGCE" is, so if someone from the UK would mind telling me I'd appreciate it. It appears to be a profession where grammar skills aren't required.

I can see why he's upset, Paul. The Harrison and Ringo listings have ended without even getting their minimum bid of $10.

If you are going to try to sell obvious junk and lie about it you deserve to be exposed.  Maybe the min bid was too high.

Steve. I have no idea what those letters stand for. The guy must think that they will scare me into removing my comments. I stand by everything I have posted on here. I hate to think that people would actually give this fraud money for the garbage he is selling on eBay. He obviously thinks that by trying to bully me I will go away. This will most certainly not happen. Many thanks for the supportive comments guys.

I am a genuine owner of one of these qualifications and it was I can assure you very difficult to get as well.  Unfortunately, I dont recognise any of the others, which is curious because you need a different set of qualificaiton as far as I am aware to be able to use this professional qualification.

Is it fair to accuse a dealer of being a fraud just because he's selling $2,000 autographs for $10? What if they're genuine and he's just a blithering idiot?

Here's his email. Mr. Hatter sounds mad:

RE:Mr Isaac Elijah

Dear Mr Cyrkin,

I am writing on behalf of a client a Mr Isaac Elijah whom has been subjected to false claims on your website 'Autographs Live'. Members of your site have accused my client, without any prove or investigation e.g. talking to my client first, of selling fraudulent autographs, which they claim, again with no proof, he has produced himself. My client has been dealing with autographs for over 25 years selling items to well known companies such as Frasers/Stanley Gibbons and Bloomsburys auction house to name a view. The remarks are slanderous towards my client and set on a site, which could effect my client selling in the future. This I presume is not what the site was produced to achieve? 

I have tried to contact the members myself through other sites, but have no real reply as yet. Please could you help me to resolve this matter as you can imagine it is distressing to read about yourself in a negative vindictive manner.

Thanks for adding this .we clearly have a case of someone who has been called out and is attempting to use bully boy tactics to have comments removed. As far as I'm concerned this is one of the reasons great sites like this exist .Mr Hatter and his cronies will get nowhere with these tactics .I also got another email from the seller suggesting we meet to discuss this!
