Good luck reporting. The bay will not do anything about it if you report that someone copied.

Blows my mind that Ebay utterly refuses to make even the easiest common sense decisions.

At some point I have to think there will be some sort of massive legal action. I have to think someone will start documenting this. Their inaction isn't simply "caveat emptor." They're getting paid millions for the sales of these forgeries. They're an accomplice.

how can they when the only live person you can speak to is in the Philippines with a script. They can not credit your account for 5.00 and have no authority to do anything. That E-bay is a cluster F and is everything that is wrong with corporate America. This is a travesty.

This list for $5.00.

The original seller has filed a complaint that his autograph has been copied but to know avail.
Maybe you should complaint that he is selling a fake setlist as an original.

I don't understand how someone can do that and they don't care.

I've reported that seller 100 times. Nothing.

Xwiesy, Ebay does not care.

Ebay only cares about the money that can be made from fraud.
