HI
ive seen this really nice Hendrix signed book page im certain its good but have been caught out by those californian copies in the past so would like to run it by for other opinions ,it looks genuine ,has similarities to others and looks like its been written correctly with good speed not too slow like a forger , its nicely written it has a characteristic t on the stay and a trail on the end of the Y which is nice and has the shortened fish hook J Jimi often did which i havent seen on too many forgeries
im no amateur on Jimi signatures but those forgers have caught many people out ,the guy says hes had it 20 years which should predate the certain forgers talked about on here previously
id like another opinion or two if possible as i cant afford to get caught out again ..cheers

I like it too, but, for a few Dollars, get it checked out, better safe than sorry
Hopefully Ballroom will check in. The people that forge these are usually pretty good.
A very good forgery, in my opinion, and not the first from this seller.
Thank you sir. Don't buy it.
It looks fake to me.
Was it Steve Grad who said Jimi rarely wrote all this Stay Groovy junk? In the top ten forgery video. Not that I defer to Steve but he brought up a good point. I'd be interested in Roger Epperson getting involved in this one. I am pretty sure it's a fake but I'd still like study on Hendrix anyway.
Back to this one. The signature is all weird and little shaky and the flow is not fast. The H is strange and the relation of the letters in the last name is awkward. Ballroom is correct I feel.
I'm not aware of Steve Grad having said that, and he didn't say it in the YouTube video. Quite some time ago, Roger said that Jimi would never sign "Stay Groovy", but I'm sure he wishes he could take that back.
thank you all that has thrown me now i was sure it was good i checked it against the $40k e bay letter attatched and its exately the same signature but i trust in what your telling me ballrooms usually spot on with Hendrix ,these forgers are getting good.... too good
just to be sure the autograph in question wasnt from that seller im not suggesting that letter is a fake just that i looked a that one as a comparison when i checked it against this one and it seemed to me the same in style and comparison ,have a look its near identical..perhaps near but not quite
its disheartening i know i dont think ill chase another Hendrix i dont even know that the big auction houses offer genuine ones anymore to be honest i dont know for sure that anyone can say with 100% certainty that a hendrix is a definate Hendrix
I was referring to the one posted at the beginning of this discussion. Regarding the letter, Grant noticed that Noel's signature was actually signed by Mitch(!).
