How can I tell if this Bill Clinton signed photo is a duplicate and not original?

This signed and inscribed Bill Clinton photo looks real.  I’m pretty certain the autograph is authentic.  However, how can I be certain this isn’t some type of reproduction?  There appears to be a very slight smear in the inscription, so I believe it’s live ink.  And so I think the ink is on top of the photo and not part of it.  But could it all gave been produced by a machine that could have duplicated it with live ink?  What should I look for?

Thanks.

I do not think this is machine signed. GIven the personalization, date and characteristics of the signature, it appears hand-signed.

Thank you, Steve.  That gives me some peace-of-mind.

No problem at all, Tim.  And thanks for the feedback.
