I wouldn't trust this seller
He took a long time to reply then replied bare minimum of stuff so had to ask him more to explain about 2 different items
Then when. He said this is the lowest I can go I declined the offer. And that was meant to be end of our convo but because he saw I declined and not interested in buying from him he sent me this message

Can you please do me a favour and stop wasting my time. All week I’ve been answering messages from you, declining offers that are way too low for my items, and you clearly have no intention of buying anything so please go and find a new hobby and stop harassing me

His prices are so low...I'd just move on. eBay is filled with people like this.
