Is Infinite Visions a credible COA company?
I’m looking at a signed item which looks legit as it is exactly one that was also put out by The Score Board in the 1990s (whom I believe are 100% legit). However the COA that comes with it is from a company called “Infinite Visions” whom I have never heard of and can’t find any info on. Does anyone have any info on them, or if they piggybacked on the same items that The Score Board also put out? Thanks!

Showing the signed card would be best. The "COA" may have nothing to do with the card - you can't be sure. Have you entered the name "Infinite Visions" into the Search Engine here? I just tried. Based on what you wrote it is likely best to avoid something you are not comfortable with.

The value of a COA is the knowledge and reputation of the person or company that issued it. Unless you know who is behind a COA, it is worthless. The item may be good, it may be bad, but the COA tells you nothing either way. It is the opinion of an unknown entity with no recognized expertise.
You are always best to show the item in question. No one here is going to say, "Oh it's a COA from "Company X", it is undoubtedly authentic!" :-)
Granted, some companies are extremely credible and their opinions carry a lot of weight -- people may think there is a high likelihood something is authentic based on certain COAs alone. But this is not one of them.

Thanks Eric and Steve for your replies. I’m pretty sure the item was legit, and that the COA must’ve been some sort of later replacement. I reached out to the seller to confirm this but received no reply, unfortunately.
I guess the old adage still applies “Follow the graph, not the COA” ;)
